Job Description:
As a Software Engineer trainee, first, you’ll be helping our operations team by doing the technical research needed to solve our customer's support tickets. You will write automated unit tests of your own code to provide continuous feedback on quality. As a member of the development team, you will need to be flexible and adaptive so that we grow and scale our business together.
What you’ll do:
- Create ROI reports for key customers
- Consume third-party APIs services
- Debug production issues across our stack
- Manage support tickets with good SLAs
- Get involved at all stages of the development and release life-cycle
What’s required:
- Experience writing queries in MySQL.
- Web services, REST and JSON knowledge
- Basic git and github.
However we like developers from different backgrounds as long as you can solve problems and are self-motivated.
We are looking for developers:
- Who are able to read and maintain code
- Detail oriented
- Who have good organization
- Who thrives in a small, intense and high growth startup environment
As a plus we look for:
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
You are not expected to have expertise in all these areas.
