Sales & Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As Sales & Marketing Associate for the US Market at Nimblr, you will be responsible for supporting the online-driven go-to-market process for small-medium businesses in the wellness and healthcare sectors in the US. Your responsibilities include supporting lead generation and middle of funnel account management strategies.

Qualifications include strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as fluency in English, both written and spoken. 


Activities: 

  • Support marketing team with lead generation activities (content generation, email & social media campaigns, events, & more).
  • Convert qualified leads generated into free trials and customers.
  • Deliver product demos/implementations and provide insightful answers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, engagement, and account management.
  • Proactively help mature our sales process into a highly scalable, consistent, and reliable operation.  
  • Research and analysis of outsourced data to support marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team on new ideas, approaches, and tools for PR, marketing, and communicating about Nimblr’s products.

What’s required:

  • Mandatory near-perfect English accent. Communication fluency both written and spoken. If you have lived in an English-speaking country is a plus.
  • Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration degree.
  • Passion for technology startups.
  • 6 months - 2 years of business-to-business experience. Healthcare and/or SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Full-time / 40 hours per week availability.
  • Must be comfortable leading meetings, selling via live demos, and speaking to US-based potential customers over the phone.
  • Team player with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Hardworking, motivated, and hungry to succeed.
