US B2B Account Manager at Nimblr

Job Description:

As Account Manager for US Market at Nimblr, you will be responsible for leading an online-driven go-to-market process for small-medium businesses in the wellness and healthcare sectors in the US. You will serve as the first and main point of contact between Nimblr and our prospects. Your responsibilities include pitching, educating, and closing new users while maximizing referrals from our existing clients. 

Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) as well as a proven track record of successful sales experience (SaaS preferred). 


Activities: 

  • Convert qualified leads generated by our digital marketing team into free trials and customers
  • Achieve monthly sales goals/quota
  • Deliver product demos/implementations and provide insightful answers
  • Track activity and report daily metrics in our CRM
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, engagement, and account management
  • Engage with customers by SMS, phone, Zoom, voice notes, and email
  • Proactively help mature our sales process into a highly scalable, consistent, and reliable operation  
  • Accurately forecast daily, weekly & monthly closings 
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with internal teams (marketing, customer success & product) to identify and resolve issues or gaps that arise
     

What’s required:

  • Mandatory near-perfect English accent. Communication fluency both written and verbal
  • Marketing or Business Administration or International Business degree.
  • Passion for technology startups.
  • 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience. Healthcare and/or SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proven closer with a track record of sales success.
  • Must be comfortable speaking to US-based potential customers over the phone.
  • Team player with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Hard-working, motivated, and hungry to succeed.
