Junior Account Manager at Nimblr AI
Role Overview:
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing the commercial journey from qualified lead → demo → proposal → close.
You will work closely with a strategic partner who provides qualified leads of small and medium-sized healthcare practices across the U.S., helping convert opportunities into paying clients through strong follow-up, relationship management, and a consultative sales approach.
Your focus will be on keeping momentum throughout the sales cycle, understanding client needs, presenting the value of our solutions, and helping prospects move confidently toward a decision.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, proactive, commercially minded, and eager to build a strong foundation in SaaS sales and account growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Run product demos for qualified leads received from our partner and consult on ‘fit’ of functionality
- Clearly communicate Holly’s value and guide prospects through decision-making
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, from kickoff to go-live
- Act as the main point of contact for new clients during onboarding
- Ensure a smooth and positive first experience with Holly
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, implementation) to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of deals, onboarding progress, and client status
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and onboarding efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role (sales, account management, customer success, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, confident presenting and speaking with clients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Fast learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Technology lover and eager to learn about new trends in HealthTech
- Native-level English
